Vampire counts 2400 Options

I've recently started playing vampire counts and i'm still learning the ropes. THis is a list I wrote and I've played a few games with it.

Army Total 2398

The idea is to buff the grave guard with lore of light so they have a higher weapon skill than cast harmonic convergence so that they re-roll ones to hit and wound.

your 2nd vampire has two dragon helms...

Swap the Skeletons out for more ghouls.

If you need a banner put one in the zombie unit.

oops, for those points i'd give the Wight king a great weapon. I'd keep the skellies IMMO for three reasons. One more banners for blood and glory. Two they come with the battalion. Three, They will save more wounds than the ghouls.

Poison attacks and 2 attacks each. Way better than skeles. If you want the banner, take one in the zombie unit. Or take a very small skeleton unit with a banner. (i.e 10-15)

Dire wolves are better if they are split into two seperate units of 5.

And you might not want lore of heavens on your 2nd vamp. Vampire lore would be good here with a lvl 2.

on the off chance your not trolling a unit of 40 is a waste of points 30 man unit with regen is a great size and more then likey wont die inless your lord dies and in that case your more then likey going to lose anyway get some more ghouls zombies or skellies and you dont need Helm Of Commandment if your running lore of light ps if you eva take this to a turny you will get 0/5 comp for this list

taking lore of vampires on the second vampire would be much better, there is nothing worse then regenerating grave guard that come back to life.

Plus if you spam the movement spell you'll be in combat much quicker which is what I know you want to do, even take the vampire item that lets ghouls move before the game.

Be warned you may actually get good advice if you're used to being on wargamerau. You'll problary get better advice for warhammer in general on this site compared to wargamer.
