Yes, posted, then thought, not right. Of course, not quick enough to get back and change before it was spotted... dry.gif

Updated.

Apologies to the WarmaHordes people. I really don't like to cancel any event, but there just wasn't enough interest this year.

As per our policy, all entry fees for WarmaHorses will be refunded as it isn't running.

I would like to remind people that in our entry form it cleanly states that entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Stating that you won't be back because you find that objectionable will make it fairly interesting for you in life if you ever don't use a movie ticket, forget to catch a plane, try to use an expired coupon.... etc. I am sure that everyone who does not attend after paying has a very good reason, but this (and I'm sure nearly every single other) tournament cannot make rulings for every single case without someone crying fowl that "he got refunded - why didn't I" hence the non-refundable ruling.

I am sorry if there is something urgent that you cannot avoid and do not state all of this to offend you. I genuinely would like to invite you back for next year's 10 year birthday CotT. There will be cake... Nobody should miss out on cake...

Unconfirmed System - 1 (Could we sort this out please?? Entry forms or at least an email to say what system you're going in?
Galen Austin

Updated.

Please, could someone if not the three guys mentions, tell what game system these are in? I would hate to cancel Malifaux on the grounds that I didn't know the one missing player needed to run this was actually paid already.

Anthony

Does anyone know Galen Austin?

A $50 entry could be 2 early players for Malifaux allowing it to run.
It could also be either 2 for early WarmaHordes single day or 1 for both days currently and needs to given back.

I need info on this person. Help!
