Hi all,
Just got the rules for this game, and it's kinda winning ![]() the fluff.... COULD be better (there's a whole thing about the Earth now being Mars's bitch, and the game itself being televised) but it's neutral enough that you could probably skip it. Some good fun scenarios and easy car builds. Short version: anyone with their old Dark Future stuff should check it out. I'd rate it ![]() Cheers! Borzag (will try and get some pics of my cars up soon) -------------------- Mate I'll pay MONEY to sit there and watch Jose get Whupped..Never seen someone lose which such style! The first rule about fight club is that you have to fight borzag Excuse me, I need to go change into tighter pants, there are some people in a ten mile radious who do not have intimate knowledge of my junk. it's now gotten to the point where I have a Pavlovian montage response: if montage music plays, I lift and/or burpees |

Not appealing to me personally, but for anyone interested, Tabletop Empires has the rulebook in stock.

looks interesting, especially the dice mechanic.
A good example of what you can do with the dice and movement https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNHtiqGgYIk |

So come up here for a few games then
![]() When you can, hit up the Gaslands group on FB. A lot of fun modelling ideas and the writer's pretty good about keeping people up to date with rules fixes (which also end up in the live FAQ on the game site). Now to find an in-scale War Rig.... -------------------- Mate I'll pay MONEY to sit there and watch Jose get Whupped..Never seen someone lose which such style! So come up here for a few games then ![]() I actually think it might be something i can play with my son it looks that simple (at a basic level) Now to find an in-scale War Rig.... kmart (i think it was) sell them for $2/$3 (if you are playing matchbox size) There are a few variations, 2 different tankers, a few different solid side trucks, dual reefer container trailer and a stock carrier. 2 different cabs as well the traditional long nose and also the old style flat nose ![]() I went a little bit overboard a couple of years ago when i was getting into 15mm ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by Mango: Dec 20 2017, 07:03 PM |

Interesting idea, but from what little ive seen it seems to suit the interstate 76 vibe better than mad max. More cars with guns strapped on in a detroit style wasteland rather than old rust buckets in a nuclear waste.
Not saying its bad, and im already eyeing off my sons hotwheels and a 1:72 box of weapons and accessories. Might get the PDF rules after im done being financially crippled by exmas. -------------------- |
