It's a wooden box that they sell wine in. You know the really expensive stuff that has packing material and inserts to hold the wine in place. my neighbor moved out and this was in her last bin that she left out the front so my partner saw it and I fished it out. Remove inserts remove packing, add dividers and latch and handle. Good to go. Holds 6 rows of vellejo paints.

Looking for another one now.
