Hi all

I just thought I would see if there are any Canberra based Dystopian Wars gamers looking for opponents. Based in South Canberra but happy to play anywhere in Canberra.

Cheers,

Michael

I'm getting into this - have a KoB starter box painted up, and working on painting up some additional ships.

Only played one practice game, so i'm no expert on the rules.

Keen to get some practice!

I'm out this week but from Monday on I am happy to come out to CGS Thursday evenings for a game but I also live round the corner of Good Games so can make the Monday night club night for games as well as any other night the store is open for business as well as weekends.

I've got Prussians and Antartica so happy to play anytime. Only played once as well so the more games the better.

Cheers

Michael

If good games have some suitable terrain/board, and some space from the hordes of warmachine players i hear are taking over the place, happy for an after work game one monday (or another night).

Quite a few players at ANU on Sunday night also. I am up for a game pretty much anywhere (and most times).

Good games has two 8 by 8 ft painted painte sea boards and enough painted islands/rocky outcrops for playing. I'm moving soon, otherwise i'd be keen.

We have 2 8 x 4 Ocean Boards and some terrain as well.

Monday Nights are fairly hectic (could still squeeze in a table if desired/forewarned) and we close at 7pm on Tuesdays, but there would be plenty of Room on a Wednesday or Thursday Night,

I am in Canberra and always happy for a game. Got a KoB of PE fleet, getting some terrain up at the moment.
PM me if you are keen for a game.

I'm keen for some practice games - this talk of canberra games has made me go and paint up a bunch more models for my KoB fleet, so it's looking quite respectable now (starter, plus dreadnaught, escorts and destroyers, plus should get the carrier and hawk rotors done this weekend). Unfortunately i'll be heading o/s next weekend so cant make the gg tournie, but i'd probably prefer some practice games first in any case.

So keen on some games later this month!

Anyone in Canberra planning on going to the GG tournament on Sunday?

I'm keen to play but don't want to drive down there if no one else is planning on going wink.gif

With more recent talk of wanting to play some games, would anyone be interested in playing a few games one day at GG? Maybe some intro games/starter boxes?

Any particular day/dates suit people better? I know that Brad was talking about some kind of league where you could play at any location, just need to tell him the results. Any interest in that kind of thing?

I'd be keen for a league I just have trouble getting to down south during the week due to work.

This. Although admittedly it's a bit easier now that I don't live out in Gunghalin.

I'm interested. GG is also a bit of a haul, but keen for some semi-regular games.
