Dear members of the Ringwood Warhammer Club,

Recently we have had another meeting of the committee and we would like to make several announcements in regards to the club.

1. As there is a great deal of information needed to close the club (allot of which we do not have) We have decided to keep the current entity of the club. Officially we will be still known as the Ringwood Warhammer Club but unofficially we will be the Ringwood Wargames Club or simply R.W.C. We still have the option to change the name of the club, but we feel that we want to get the club on its feet first.

2. We will be having our next general meeting at the Ringwood Community Centre on Sunday the 3rd of June. The meeting will start at 10am and we will be presenting all members with a membership fee structure. The Fee structure will have several different membership levels allowing some flexibility and will cover members for the next 12 months. We will also have a set fee for casual gamers who wish to come and play at the club but do not want to pay an annual membership.

This meeting will also be a club day! So for those who rock up on the day we will have tables setup for those who wish to roll dice after the meeting is adjourned.

3. The Eastcon dates have been confirmed! October 6th and 7th. Shaun Hogan will be the TO, more information will be released soon.

4. The club will be aiming to run a club league for both Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40k, which we hope to begin about the middle of June. We will also be aiming to run more leagues for other game types later in the year!

5. The club is also looking to acquire a Pie warmer and Hot dog pot to provide food on club days. If anyone knows of one or one that we can get cheap please contact me! We will also be acquiring a BBQ at a later stage and any money raised from these products will help raise funds for the club.

6. Once we have confirmed memberships we will be releasing a club calendar with dates of meets etc for everyone to view.

Hope to see all of you down at the centre on the day!

Yours faithfully,
William Sommer
Club President

Looking on eBay for pie warmer and hotdog warmer they range from 200-500

Would probably prefer to buy either second hand from a reliable source or new, seeing as we can get a new one for less than 500.

Cold cans of coke wil be made available soon and possibly chips and stuff.

Appreciate the offer mike, will pm and get the details from you!

Well I've found a hotdog machine tho did you want a commercial one or the everyday home type cause commercials are a bit out of my price range being $200+ just for a second hand one and the misses would crack it if I spent that kinda money tho I'm still looking at pie Warmers might be able to find one cheaply but I'm still not going to be able to pay for both and for the moment the cheapest pie warmer I've found is 200+
