Hey Cov.

Got a 40k army coming in the mail that I bought (I know I am one of those gamers that doesnt paint his own models shame shame). And the naps you saw before now have flags and are ready to see some action..

Now if only my mrs would let me off that short lead she has me on. armata_PDT_04.gif

So.. Warmaster has jumped to the front with a big multiplayer game planned tomorrow evening at the CGS.. I've bought Dwarves but they haven't arrived yet..

Also my Corvus Belli 15mm FOG Marian Roman army has arrived but until the Dwarves get painted they will remain shelved..

Ok.. so Warmaster is still priority.. however I also just got a large Space Marine Epic army but at least it's fully painted and ready to rock 'n' roll..

To complicate things I also have recieved a 6mm CWC Modern Isreali army..

very awesome...

So nearly the end of 2010 and what's been achieved:

6mm Napoleonics (either Shako or Lasalle rules) - Started. (Should Finish in next 2 months).
Have a massive army based for Polemos, and still some more to paint but as is I have more than anyone else!

WH40k Tau - Started. (Should Finish in next 6 months).
Still have two teams of Crisis suits to paint.. lost a little interest but will get back to it one day

15mm American Civil War using Black Powder rules.
Have purchased Black Powder but no figures as of yet. Some though to making this 10mm instead of 15mm

15mm Impetus (rules) Crusader Army.
Changed my mind.. bought an army then sold it.. might happen one day.

6mm Modern Brit or German.
Bought Cold War Commander rules.. also have a small army of GHQ Isrealis.. still on the cards.

15mm FOW Desert Army (Prob Kiwis).
Lost interest a bit and would probably prefer to do WW2 in 6mm. Having said that I did by FOW Blitzkrieg when it came out and would mind doing a German or Polish force...

Mordhiem or Necromunda (This will be easy to get up and running other than some time on awesome terrain).
Bought a Necro gang.. painted a couple of figures.. still keen to have a go when I find an opponent.

Might update this with a plan for 2011.. however as always interested in getting involved in projects with outer people especially if they're committed to finishing something.

Hey Dru, there are a fair few guys at CGS who play historicals, not that I've attended regularly for a couple of years... If you show up on one of the gaming nights (Thursday night at the Bridge Club in Deakin) ask for "Goat" (knows everybody and plays historicals) or David Williams (loves his 28mm musket era stuff).

Which historicals?

DBA see Kriegspielers on Sun once a month

Other games, well some of the CGS occasionally get together at homes and play on weekends (FOW, DBR, FOG, FOGR...)
