2 lists? for the 1 army? The concept that is being kicked around is two lists from the one codex led by different HQ choices (very Warmachine). You know the mission and your opponent, check out the two lists they might use and see which of yours you wish to play with. Circle it on your score sheet and both players reveal the list they have chosen to use. I have been kicking it around as a way of balancing without comp, however bringing two lists at that 1750 could be a bit of a challenge. Most people should be able to do it easily at 750 and if you need some models feel free to ask, I have a few armies sitting on the shelf that havent been out for a game in years If it works, great. If not, well it lets you play five games with two different forces to stop the day getting boring -------------------- Queensland Warhammer 40k Tournaments 2013

You would have to encourage list diversity in the interest of fair play by some means other wise you will end up with lists with the minimalist changes possible. My preference would be for 2 lists from differing codecs. -------------------- Vet Dark Eldar

Sure you can do that, or you can bring two completely different lists to mess with your opponents head.
Im even thinking of bringing dark angels just so i can mess with people. -------------------- 1st Company, 1st Chapter, 1st Legion - 1st in the World 'On a scale from Bro to C#*t, how much do you want to come at me?' - Murph. |

Just throwing a spanner in the works, but how do Tau take two different HQ's? They have to take a Shas'el/o.

i like the coin toss idea, talk about random, i like it. as for lists why not go with at least 2 different units, because at 750pts most armies will be completely different having to change two units, weather its from the same codex or not just makes it more fun
-------------------- look somewhere near last place and u will find me, but im have a great deal if fun messing with people :)

Get your PLAYERS PACK today.
We have ditched the two list idea, while fun it would push some games to go for longer and with just over an hour available it would have been unfair to some. Maybe its a Battlefields kinda thing There is still some time left to get your early bird ticket price or maybe convince your other (better) half that a "Season Pass" would make a great christmas present. Cool - love the idea of self-marked painting. Only one issue though - you say there are 20 bonus points available, but the ticklist only allows a total of 15?? Was an option missing, or the total wrong?
