I just had a look at the Arc listing and noticed that neither of you are making it this year. Poor form guys. Will miss catching up.

AFAIK the orange shirts only number 4 this year (unless I've missed someone, for which I apologise).

Its a shame, but fun will be had regardless...

I think there was a bit of a domino effect Re the lessening the Orange Army this year. All it takes is one person being busy then that psyches somebody else out and then so on and so on it multiplies.
I was gonna Orange-Shirt it up again this year but I ended up being caught in the psyche-out tongue.gif

I like to tell a little story about the last man who was in a sword fight with Caine. During the fight he was heard commenting on how crappy a blade it was, old and busted, not cared for, and on and on. Finally he asked Caine what its name was. Caine grinned and said "Sword." and then shot the guy 4 times.

Nope, regrettably Scott I'm not going this year due to financial constraints. On the up side, I no longer work for Colonel Sanders, just unfortunate that Arc was a necessary sacrifice.

It's a shame to see so few SA'ers in attendance though.

Not many SA'ers qualified for 5 year vet status or previous prize-getter status (just nick, tom and stu I think..). Mark bent the rules a little and considered "pwnavic" a club to let two more in (which is how chris & I got in). Rego opened when most active SA tourney players were at Higher Ground. There were some SA players on the reserve list but they've since dropped out (can't organise a trip on the slim chance you might get in, although I think Stan might have been high enough up the list to have got in by now).

Rule Zero: Don't attack or belittle bigots you share these forums with. Just because they incessantly post intolerant diatribes directed at racial minorities, women & the LGBTI community, doesn't mean they don't have feelings and won't be hurt by rude comments. Remember, posting hate speech is not against the forum rules - unless it's directed at another member, of course!
