Hallo to you all,

after yestarday's match (3000 pts, Tyranids+Cult vs Chaos+Renegade IG) an old issue came out.
The Blight Grenades hade a 2" effect diameter, correct?
I quote from the Codex
"Models within 2" of the marker will suffer a hit"
My opponent and long time friend calculates the area adding 2" to the diameter of the marker on the Codex colour section (Making a total of around 4" 1/2 diameter) but I find this somewhat odd because everything else is usually calcultaed using standard blast markers.
So my question.. how do the Rest of the World handles the area of effect of Blight Grenades?
Thank you all!

Plasma grenades are imo the only reason to take the otherwise overpriced and rather ineffective missile launchers. Although they might be handy against Eldar tanks (only AV 18) if the player is fond of using that vehicle card which reduces penetration of las weapons by 1D6 but the name escapes me right now.

I always buy plasma missiles for SM Dreanought missile launchers, but they never achieved anything as the launcher always jammed...

Did you ever use Seraphim that could fly up and dump off plasma grenades?
