Also another question for Mission 3 the setup:
QUOTE

Players roll off to see who goes first.
The first player then chooses a table corner
Draw a line directly between the two adjacent corners
Deployment – At least away 12" from drawn line
Roll for Night fight.
Roll to seize initiative

The Adjacent corners, do you mean the corner diagonally across from the corner selected?

I think these two lines will answer your question Heath.

"however Player B has more scalps than Player A, but yet has no models left on the field"

How can a unit have any scalps when it is not on the table to hold them?

Do you even 40K.

Any model not on the table at the end of a game is destroyed. (you know from that rulebook thingo)
and.... If a unit is wiped out, any tokens it was carrying are lost.

Never expected Grandpa to have enough time to finish a game... let alone come first!
Very well played.

And as an aside note - he lost 11 out of 12 practice games with that list.

Considering I helped him write that list, I was wondering how the heck he kept losing most of his games in the practice league. It was a drop Sallies list with as many toys as we could possibly cram into 1000 points, and with 4 pods coming down turn 1, it could alpha strike pretty hard.

Seems like he finally learned how to play it on the day of the Shield.

Guys due to the awesome number of players you got. We are adding this tournament to NSW rankings. Usually we don't allow tournaments under 1250 points. But the turn out was too good to pass that up. Well done players and TO. The rankings will be updated through the week. I'll post when then they are.

NSW rankings can be found at.

www.overwatchwargaming.com.au

Cheers.

Axis - just curious why would you use 2015 results over 2016? (or did you just post in the wrong place. Or are you adding both?)

Cheers
