One thing I am interested in..

Were there any results where the winner of the mission lost points due to VP's?

And if so, what was the maximum lost?

I think I may have lost a couple of points in my last game - I'd won by holding one objective and contesting the other, but some expensive units (a Ghost Ark, the Lychguard, a Spyder, and an Overlord) died in the last round so Max had picked up some VPs there.

In my second game against a bajillion Ork vehicles I enjoyed watching my Destroyers get locked into assault for almost the entire game and yet survive - overcoming a unit of Boyz, Nobz, and a weakenend Killa Kan. Turns out that Preferred Enemy is good for something after all! biggrin.gif

The one modification that you might want to make is to state that the minimum score for a round is 0 battle points as it is mathematically possible to get negative battle points and going negative would just suck

which also means that you need an upper limit as battle is out of 60 not 69

Sure everyone likes to win, but in the end, the poduim is small and lonely place and you needed everyone else to get there.
