The new plastic jacks are up on the PP home page...

Corruptor
IPB Image
The fiendish inventiveness of Cryxian necrotechs has resulted in many machines perfected to employ the killing arts. The Slayer is a swift, hulking beast of bone and black iron that relishes murdering anything in its path. The Reaper can fire its harpoon to sink deep into flesh or steel before reeling in its victim with frightening speed to within range of its vicious helldriver spike. The Corruptor is the culmination of Cryx’s pioneering work in caustic compounds and necrotic poisons, a helljack armed with venomous weapons designed to consume both body and soul.

Decimator
IPB Image
Khador’s mechaniks build their warjacks to last. The Juggernaut is a hulking mass of plated armor wielding an ice axe that can encase its target in a layer of crippling ice. This sturdy chassis has given rise to other staples like the Destroyer, whose whistling shells arcing overhead portend explosive obliteration. Another is the Decimator, engineered to annihilate well-armored targets with powerful direct fire. This ’jack’s wide-bored cannon smashes its victims to the ground before it closes to tear them apart with its whirling rip saw.

Templar
IPB Image
One of the first warjacks developed by the Protectorate after the Cygnaran Civil War was the Crusader, a massive warjack boasting heavy armor and capable of crushing attacks. It has served as the foundation for several masterpieces of war. The Templar, for one, smashes enemies with overwhelming force from an unassailable position behind its thick shield. Of more recent production, the Vanquisher wields a great “blazing star” spiked ball in one hand and a flame belcher in the other. This weapon sends an oil-filled cannonball that bursts and ignites on impact.

Cyclone
IPB Image
The Cygnaran Armory takes pride in its innovation and technological superiority, traits seen in all the battle-tested warjacks built on the classic Ironclad chassis. Armed with a powerful quake hammer, the Ironclad effortlessly smashes lesser combatants to scrap. The Defender employs its long, heavy barrel cannon for unprecedented long-range and accurate firepower without sacrificing its effectiveness in melee. With its dual whirling chain guns, the Cyclone can support sweeping advances across the battlefield while suppressing the enemy under a hail of lead.

Hmm I'm not sure I'm a fan of the Cryx jack, but the plastic seems no different to the metal in regards to detail. The Decimator and Cyclone seem pretty good.

That's the way a Cygnar jack should look. Fill 'em full of holes before they get to you and if there's anything left you've two open fists to say hello!

+10 for that! I reckon the Cyclone and the Decimator look awesome. Can't wait for a bit of converting for a neat pose - like the original pics from Gen Con.

Looks like the kits may be chassis based with parts for other variants in there, going offf the wording in the descriptions.

Dead sexy though!

Yes, I reply to a lot of threads with images. That's because your posts are crap, and don't deserve anything more than a cursory Google image search.

That's been the general idea in all the interviews with PP people i've heard... multi-model kits, reduce retailer space investment = everyone's happy.

That's what the descriptions say on the PP site. The Cygnar one does the Ironclad, Defender and Cyclone. Check the site out for what the other are.

Khador I think is Juggernaut, Destroyer and Decimator.

About time is all i will say.
The ability to use some magnets for weapon swaps will mean more value out of the boxes.
But i can say im a fan of the cyclones weapon mounting, i prefer the old style of the gun replacing an arm.

I think this is hilarious - so much as I like the models they are making - I remember the PP motto not that long ago was "Real men play with Metal"

So they're going back on that? Lol!

They went back on that a few months ago, but that was purely to make cheaper models because of the price rise of pewter at the time.

Kinda dont like any of the new arms... all a bit too exaggerated - and I know WM models are classically very Xtreme, but theyre a little too unbalanced I reckons

I like them all as well. I actually quite like the Corruptor but without a doubt the best of the bunch is the Cyclone. I don't care how crap or awesome the rules are, I'll be getting two.

Decimator want!

That right arm is gunna be awesoem for some terrain and conversion work, but that aside it looks like an awesome jack, hopefully the stats will back it up.

I dunno what people are talking about with the Menoth one, looks fine to me smile.gif
