All the relevant information in the section titled Australian Team Challenge (but here is the link anyway):

Melbourne is the place this year after we got to hold it last time, with it being held on the 1st and 2nd of September. We need to get into a mind set of team selection and who gets what codex since we have to get the player list in by June and armies in by July.
NSW has placed the cost around $400 but it may go up depending on how things are.


Otherwise its pretty simple. Who is interested? And since we got Cancon this weekend I wouldn't mind seeing the faces of those who are on any of the days.

Oh and I'm just getting the ball rolling without any intention of being the captain lol

Is it worth having some sort of qualifier/system?

Id be interested in trying out with any army not taken by anyone else; Id also recommend Mr Moo for Imperial Guard and Winternight for Space Wolves; both are very competent players from the ANU Wargames club

Although i'm moving to tasmania shortly, upon pondering, i reckon i'd rather play with you lot once more before trying to go for the tas team if you'll have me (and its allowed by the rules, i havent been able to find them tongue.gif).

I suggest that to get this started more efficiently we choose a captain, and can go from there. Given he has been the most motivated in trying to get this ball rolling, i nominate Khrome/Matt for team captain, even though he said he wasnt wanting the role.

Aside from that we still need to organize transport, convene lists and that sort of thing, so let's not get too excited about a team captain.
