when u get your delivery of issues 31 and 32 can u plesase check merrry's sword against pippin's and sam's, and then tell me if they're basically the same, becasue i got mine today and mery's sword looks fuly to me (more like a stake frm buffy, than a sword) and his slotta base on the mini seems to get skinnier and funny shaped towards his trailing foot

i just need to get comfirmation before i email the suppliers to get a replacement

Merry's sword's definitely thicker bladed than the other hobbits' swords. It's almost like a ig chunky poingard.
The tab which fits into the slottabase looks reasonably even on mine, but they often are uneven due to the casting process. If the foot looks ok, then don't worry about this.

I don't see any problems. Looks like the sword will come up fine when painted up, might need a little straightening.
It's been a long time since I painted up a Fellowship- and I don't have it anymore, so don't really remember the details.
