Hi guys,

I've tried to get in contact with Aaron for the past few weeks with no success. I have sent him a PM here and 2 e-mails via the contact form on the Back-2-Base-ix website but haven't got a response.

Has anyone else had trouble getting into contact with him or is it just me?

I sent them a email about 1 month or more, ago and have not received a reply. No idea what's happening. Either way it's pretty bad customer service.

Hey people. Sorry for all the inconveniences, but we've only managed to just get email servers back online after spam overloads this weekend (the site is back online again also). I've emailed a question regarding what size fits all the GW paints into the rack; but yet to hear back. I want to order a rack, some more bases and magnets........
But i'm not confident in doing so if i can't hear from them. The website could just auto take my money and i never receive a thing.
Hopefully he watches this..... but i'm suspect if they can't get simple email.

I've done two orders in the past few weeks and have gotten quick responses. I have the GW sized rack for the 2012 paints and all my previous paints fit in there too without issues if that helps.
