After an enlightened post by Mouseketeer, I was inspired to re-brand the WFB Armies as they are 'marketed' and felt that as a collective we could come up for more 'honest' description. There is not right answer, but here are some of my ideas:
Skaven: Cheese eating, treacherous, cowardly and clinging to sanity by their tails Ogres: Crush, Kill, Eat, Repeat. Dark Elves: Evil pirates with fashion sense and tame sea monsters Daemons: A horde of your worst nightmares Lizardmen: The dinosaurs are alive! Warrior of Chaos: Hard as nails men, who care only for destruction. Do you hear the voices too? Empire: We're Men! We're men in tights! Vampire Counts: Let us drink your blood, and nobody will get hurt...honest. Chaos Dwarves: Drugged out dwarves that want to kill everything High Elves: The only army that things looking good is as important as being good in battle. Orcs and Goblins: Grown from moss. Live to fight. Dwarves: Drunk dwarves that are grumpy about pretty much everything Bretonnians: Men of chivalry. Oh and the ungrateful peasantry that has to serve them. Wood Elves: Lost in the forest, but don't coming looking for us, or we'll stick you with pointy things! Beastmen: Where the wild things are. Tomb Kings: An ancient civilization that died. It just doesn't know it yet. If you have any other good/humorous/accurate(or not so) ideas, share for the wider amusement and enlightened learning..  GR -------------------- Empire Guard

Ogres: - no Dark Elves: the darker "deeper" version of the elves. still sissies Daemons: spooky! Lizardmen: imagine jabba the hutt in a wizard hat Warrior of Chaos: still sad about a lack of demons, overpoweringness or not Empire: +10 brass balls saves all around Vampire Counts: An entire land filled with closets.. and you know whats in every closet... Chaos Dwarves: make demon cannons, its a shame they can't make themselves a fanbase High Elves:+6 arrogance, + 6 haughtiness from every unit. even the siege Orcs and Goblins: Imagine a really stupid ocean, thats green. Dwarves: - stereotype #101010 Bretonnians: french  Wood Elves: you can laugh at a wood elf, just make sure not to laugh at the tree behind him Beastmen: because sometimes you need to just suck Tomb Kings: the deserts of the many closet, better quality than vampire counts ones! |
