I picked up Shadow of the Tomb Raider in the Xbox Black Friday sale and it's pretty good. It's pretty much just more of the same from the last two games.

So did I.

There's nothing wrong with it, but it feels rather uninspired. Im 1/4 the way thru so far and I've yet to really have an "oh wow" moment. What was new and exciting five years ago is now kind of more of the same.

Yeah that's really my only complaint - it's good but kind of bland.

It does get a little better around 15 hours in.

So it gets better 3 quarters of the way through. I can't imagine that the game could last more than 20 hours without feeling bloated.

Yeah it should clock in at about 20 something, depending on how obsessive you are about collecting everything.

Finished the story tonight; clocked in at 22 hours and change but I did do all the available side missions and the DLC.

I would not have been unhappy paying full retail, but I think it's the weakest of the reboot trilogy.

I got Hitman 2. Absolutely amazing game and a brilliant follow-up to the first game.

Picked up Destiny 2 when it was free a few weekends back. It's really fun - brings the Halo-esque magic to PC imo

World of Warships has another Christmas/New Year campaign going on at the moment. Assuming you have access to tier five ships, you can earn yourself a tier 6 premium German battlecruiser.

The grind will be nuts but if you can pull it off the new ship will allow you to complete another campaign that rewards a number of T6 tech tree ships and permanent camos for each.

Ha World of Tanks and World o Warships new thing.....

Run campaign for 10% increment discounts per level crunch the numbers and get people invested for about 40-60% discoutn off a $80-100 bonus OP Tank/Ship silver maker....

I play alot and get to the 70% discount. Getting it free would be a full time job.

Yeah the last "free" ship was a bit like that. Three months or so of 10 hours a week to get a T8 destroyer (albeit quite a fun one to play) that sold for $50 for $1 instead.

Apex Legends is a ton of fun even if I suck at it. It's a free to play battle royale game based on Titanfall. It's really polished and fairly easy to just jump into.

Yeah it looks like it should be pretty fun. I downloaded it yesterday but I've been occupied by The Division 2 beta - which is a big improvement over the original.
