Sorry I didn't get this up sooner. Arranging house repairs and renovations took priority.
I won't be there this year (Missus' birthday, so I'm intending to stay OUT of the doghouse), but this list will be passed onto whomever does the Terrain wrangling job this year.

OK, it seemed to work last year, so it's back again this year.
Prize for Best supplied table of terrain (will probably be more terrain).

Cessnock can supply up to 14-15 tables (iirc) and maybe more.
Andrew (Gabtar) Allport is, I believe, bringing his winning table from last year.
Depending on numbers, we may need more than last year (as we are not directly competing with Leviathan this year for numbers).

Any other offers of terrain happily accepted.
If numbers are anything like last year, then we will be needing another 12 tables worth of terrain at least.

You have until the 27th of April to contact me via pm or post here.
Minimum pledge is one table at 25% coverage. A mixture of LOS blocking/area terrain would be perfect, but really, since we are trying to avoid "planet pool table" syndrome, most terrain will do.

Thanks in advance.

List of pledges.

Guy townsend [Griever] 1
James Gale [Cherubael] 2
Josh Stacey [Sanguineous Brother Josh] 1
Andrew Allport [Gabtar] 1 table
Daniel Hale [Spakka] 1
Jason/Julian Miller (4)
Jeff Dunster 2
tauist 1

I have a few new pieces, so can do 2-3 tables of stuff. Some is not finished painting (well 1 piece) but you never know I might get it done in time.

Hoping to have a full table of Ork Terrain ready.

Pieces are made, just need a lick of paint. biggrin.gif

Could also add in a table of those pieces of modular terrain if you think they would be necessary and/or suitable.

They will be painted in time but will be foam core based.

Will have to get back to you Will, but I may be able to bring my forest crater terrain if I can find some way of making it portable enough to carry up there (ie, magnetizing the trees or something so I can condense them all into a smaller container).

OK, Leviathan has come and gone. Hope you had fun, but now it's our turn. biggrin.gif

(Those that have already pledged and have pledged a variable number, the lower of the numbers is the one I have listed. So if it was a 2-4, then I put 2 down on my list.)

Time for an update. Looks like we need another 8-9 tables worth of terrain.

Please contact me via PM, or post here if you are coming and can bring terrain.
Only you can prevent "planet pool table" syndrome.

Oh, and Andrew may not be able to bring his winning table, so the rest of you are in with a chance to win the prize this year. I don't know what it is, but it is at least a GW terrain box value.

And if Andrew does bring his table it will NOT be in the running for the award this year. So all are in with a chance of the prize.

No worries, James.
Unpainted beats an empty table.
2 tables, added to list.

@Spakka: noted.

@Gabtar: Touche.
Shall I put you down as 1 or '?'.

List of pledges now on first post.

Yeah i have 3 no troubles, 4 if it was a stretch, with a fair amount of line of sight blocking as well.

Put it all out on a table and it was almost totally covered.

I'll get final confirms on the 27th.
This allows ample time to get club stuff from storage (and leave any that isn't needed).

Thanks guys.

Same system as last year. You will have the number of empty boards to match your pledge all marked with your name, grouped together. So those with multiple table pledges will have little terrain enclaves around the room.

Friday night.

But if you could pick it up earlier that would be cool.

I *may* be able to fit some in the car with the kids stuff but its doubtful.

Might harass Aeon into taking some as well.

I'm unsure if ill be able to make it to yours in time. That friday became particularly busy at work, I assume i would have a late one at work.

"Same system as last year. You will have the number of empty boards to match your pledge all marked with your name, grouped together. So those with multiple table pledges will have little terrain enclaves around the room".

You can specify terrain type (eg desert) or board colour and we will do our best. Most boards are painted on both sides so you may prefer the colour underneath. Or bring a "tablecloth" in your preferred colour/pattern.
