There's new updates for IA1 & IA2 on the Forge World website.

This is an easy way of getting the Armoured Battlegroup rules... smile.gif

IA1 PDF

IA2 PDF

Edit: From newsletter #217

Imperial Armour Update PDFs
Available now to download from our website Here are new rules updates for Imperial Armour Volume One, Imperial Guard and Imperial Navy and Imperial Armour Volume Two, Space Marines and Forces of the Inquisition. These updates bring the game content of these two books into line with the current Codexes on which they are based, so our models can be used in your games of Warhammer 40,000 and Apocalypse without confusion. Further updates covering our other books will be appearing in the near future.

As I thought.
Punisher loadout is ONE twin-linked cannon.

Well, on the one hand, I'm wrapped that they've updated the laser tank destroyer. Now I'm all enthused to finish it.

...on the other hand, Lucius pattern dreadnought drop pods? Oh the brokenness..... If I didn't know better, I could swear my ironclad is drooling. I just hope that things like this will not cause IA to be banned from tourneys.

mind you, there now seems to be plenty to indicate the a hellstrike missile does NOT have a 5" blast.

well in dawn of war you could always drop drednought in pods although in planetstrike it is extremely broken

Anyone else think they didn't quite think through the slick loader skill for the armoured list? Cause there aint anything stopping you from chucking it on a Basilisk, Colossus or Medusa, and so for 20 points getting double pie plates out of those things per turn.

I mean its such a great skill it'll be a standard upgrade.

The Broken-ness is ASSAULT after that Deep strike... Nothing else can decide where to go with a damn good chance of getting there, and then get into assault, so its completely invulnerable to weapons fire until its THERE...

Ummmm.......it's been like that for a while......counts as Ordnance but no template, just a super-dooper HK missile.

Yes, I reply to a lot of threads with images. That's because your posts are crap, and don't deserve anything more than a cursory Google image search.

Ah yes. agreed. there was, however, a rather lengthy thread about the subject and at least one tourney that decided it did... rolleyes.gif
