As advised on the day, there is a national tournament rankings system both for WFB and 40K that tracks the success of players at Australian and New Zealand tournaments.

The WFB rankings are maintained by the Irresitible Force team. I have forwarded the results to them. I've been looking after the 40K rankings since 2007 (Geoff Tewierik in Qld did the Rankings for 2003 - 2006).

The results from the Gosford Shield have been added to the 40K Tournament Rankings. Players rankings are based on their best three results in the last 12 months. You still make the rankings if you only have 1 result, but won't score as high as if you had 2 or 3 results.

There are over 1300 players in the 40K Tournament Rankings. The top 3 place getters at the Gosford Shield are now ranked in the top 500 players in Australasia. So check out the 40K Tournament Rankings and see where you rank.

Wooooo..... 458 out of 1371.... seems like I need to get a few more events under my belt, if I want to catch Damien T(212).

Oh and YAY last equal in comp rankings!! (strangely I'm proud of this)

Your ranking and the total number of players will move as new events are added and events older than 12 months are removed from the rankings.

After another event was added you slipped to 589th, out of 673. Your best 3 results in the last 12 months count towards your rankings (true for both WFB and 40K rankings) so easiest way to go up the rankings is play in a couple more events.
