considering you put a turd on a base and called it a spawn, I was expecting more support!

Had a cracker of a game last night (myT4 Butcher1 vs a rabble of dirty steelheads) using some of the terrain for Cancon.

Jacob made mistakes and stuffed up his feat, but his dice were on fire. I made mistakes and roll so badly that Butch's feat was a joke. Eventually, I got bottled up and lost on scenario.

"I hope I do better than last year" is something I have heard from several people now. Wanting to improve is a fine thing, absolutely nothing wrong with it. I simply point out to these people that your final W/L/D result means squat compared to whether or not you enjoyed getting there.

Such philosophical matters aside, I would like to announce a little something I have lined up for those who tend towards the back of the pack. The ultimate loser of the Main Event (50pt SRoller), the one who comes dead, stinking, motherless last, will get 2 prizes.

The 1st will remain veiled in mystery until its time for our biggest loser to take the walk of shame and come forward to collect it. The other is a one on one tutorial session on the faction of their choice and the subject of general tournament play with the ACT's own James Moorhouse.

If you are not familiar with the name, I suggest you make your way over to Rankings HQ and have a look at the Australian WM/H rankings. Look near the top. The very top. Yeah.

(Yes, this may have to be conducted via Skype/Vassal depending on who 'wins' it. Yay for living in the 21st century)
