to echo whats been said, i would actually drop two of the nobles and if you aren't going go magic heavy run the spellsingers at lvl1 with scrolls or at lvl 2.

because as it is my VC would love you to not have a magic phase

And i was under the impression eternal guard were cool but not great unless the army was built COMPLETELY around taking them

now im stuck with what noble to replace.
BSB is necessary but the theme of my amry supports the wild riders guy. but the alter is probably more effective

yeah sorry i more skim read the list and went WHOO no magic defense, i am used to people chucking treeman into the lists to hammer the flanks of a unit once its locked into a combat with the eternal guard

You could drop both the EG down to 19, the dryads both to 8, the wardancers to 6 and drop the shadow sentinel to fit in a treeman smile.gif

And then change the nobles as per Valdreth smile.gif
