Ok so we are starting our mini Dreadball league!

Teams are as follows

Humans - Jackson
Robots (human rules) - Battis
Forge Fathers - Matt
Nameless (rat rules) - Shooter
Turtles (rat rules) - Mick
Orcs & Goblins - Cody

Each team starts out stock as follows
Humans - 2 Guards, 3 Jacks, 3 Strikers
Orcs - 3 Guards, 5 Jacks
Rats - 2 Guards, 6 Strikers
Forge fathers - 3 Guards, 3 Jacks, 2 Strikers

We will start playing some games next gamesday to see how the game works and get a feel for it and once we know how to play the game we can advance into list building and begin the league with progressing players and ####. No MVP's or Multi hex players for a while yet though.

Core rules of the game can be found http://gallery.mailchimp.com/e62f0c35454fa...ore_Rules.1.pdf
if you want to have a look at everything.

So assemble your models and lets try learn how to play this game.

I shouldn't have any trouble getting my guys together and painted before the gamesday. Might try and get some games in up in Brisbane so I've got a good idea of how everything works.

My STD will infect your players.

Then they will die.

Welcome to Queensland.

Nah, we usually send them in a package three times too large and filled with rocks to make the arrival all that much more interesting.

Ahaha yes, very much looking forward to getting stomped by STD-themed aliens. Is that the Z'zor that you're playing, Aus?

Yeah I know, I had some pretty good court(?)-side seats! Unlucky rolls. Can't wait to get into it.

On that note, I just finished putting together my humans. Should be able to paint them up sometime soon.

Well, I dunno about anyone else, but my DreadBall team is painted and ready to go! I've gotten a couple more games in too, so I have an okay grasp of the rules now. How is everyone else doing?

That's a shame, but life is more important. Will you be able to come to the one this week? Would you be willing to leave the DreadBall pitch with me or someone else while you're away?
