well the main site is too unstable to post this and thought it would be nice to keep it local anyways...

How it is now: Please post any INFINITY related (modelling or painting, even terrain) pieces you have, at any stage of its timeline. discuss or show off whatever you please!

how it works started:

it is a pledge to paint something by the month is out' most are just posting WIP and things they have painted recently.

its a little push for myself and if you need one, and the guys are great for feedback if your not sure..

ill start with what id like to paint by the end of month:

* finish 4 tiger soldiers DONE
* finish 2 remotes DONE

im trusting people will follow.....

edit: and guija final touches to come

Infinity Board: nearing completion

multiple side projects

Hey all, by popular demand i have accumulated some pics and links to other site from this thread and placed them in this folder. enjoy the colour of INFINITY

PAINTED INFINITY click here

I'm hoping to get my PanO 'starters' done by the 20th, let alone the end of the month (Corsairs meet).

Have an ORC (rifle), fusilier hacker done. Working on crocman and another fusilier rifleman atm (and kitbashing a jotum TAG while I await more money to actually BUY a TAG). BTW, what size base to the PanO TAGs use?

40mm.

-Get my scheme sorted for my Ariadna and get at least Duroc, Margot and my Veteran Kazak done.

But that dpeneds on if I figure out my scheme.

OR

-Do my ninja sniper
-Do my Oniwaban
-Do my 3 Keisotsu Butai

Jap Sect list is looking pretty fun.

Seeing as my original reply has gone AWOL after Hacker Reboot 2: Electric Boogaloo....

I'll get my Aleph starter finished and start working on a colour scheme for my Nomads.

All the normal TAGs (i.e. no Maghariba) use 40mm bases - not 100% on the Avatar so someone with CA would have to confirm that.

I'd like to get back to the Nomad diary in my signature...

Goals for February:

* Tsyklon Sputnik (Spitfire/Marker)
* Reverend Moira (Multirifle)
* Avicenna
* 2 x Zondbot

Only five figures, as I'm painting a huge amount of other stuff this month.

I had a spare rifle from somewhere - probably one of the Ninja blisters, as the only other Yu Jing figures I own are a Domaru Butai and two Keisotsu. I trimmed the scabbard away from the left hand, and cut out enough of the rifle's pistol-grip to fit the hand into it.

The arm was pinned into the shoulder joint, rotated upwards to make it look like the figure was carrying some of the weight on its shoulders. I think I cut away part of the upper arm, and used a little bit of putty to smooth over the join.

Nope.

But you do get some spares with a couple of figures - the afore mentioned Ninja is one, the Mech-Engineer has one as well (IIRC). Have a look through the gallery (or any online store) and if it looks like it's not holding a gun, you probably get one supplied in the blister anyway.

well after painting up over a dozen pan-o in the fortnight leading up to CanCon, my infinity focus at the moment is assembling and painting the CNC 4x4 board, buildings and bridges I bought at CanCon to get a top notch infinity board. Aim to try and get this done in the next few weeks - assembly is coming along nicely (though there's a lot more detail and pieces than I'd realised!!!).

Well getting back into Infinity...

Looking to get some figures mid month, so If I've painted 1-2 the pledge will be fulfilled biggrin.gif

Mate of mine is getting Haqqislam, not sure about myself just yet, really tempted to get Yu-jing, models so cool, but seems every man and his robot has them, might jump back in with Nomads. (They have more chicks too wink.gif ) C'mon Nuns with guns, how cool!!

Good.

More filthy Japanese vermin Fine footsoldiers of the Emperor armata_PDT_14.gif

I've tried running a similar list like that myself and you'll probably run into the same kind of issues I did - it looks scary as hell on paper with all that TO camo but it's a little short on orders. And you're relying on Keisotsu Butai for backup when things don't go to plan.

(Main difference was I ditched the Aragato in favour of a Kempetai and Saito, and used a Domaru Lt)

10 Models, none irregular... Orders dont seem to be a problem. No Impetuous though either.

But I can see where your coming from with respect to relying on Keisotsu.

On topic.

Sniper and Oniwaban are done, need to get rest of ninja, paint ninja, then clan be strong tongue.gif.

Also need to figure out how im going to base these buggers.

What you have to keep in mind is that you don't have their order until they're on the table - so you've only got six orders (plus impetuous) until your Ninja surprise is unveiled.

Looking good either way armata_PDT_37.gif
