Dwarves on dragons is immoral.

Dragons look cool, I wonder how much of the range is getting 86ed for the dwarves.

Better amp up my purchasing.

Edit: Those are awfully big dwarves, could just be confirmation bias but are we seeing more of the upscale I speculated about when AoS first reared its ugly head.

Or am I getting confirmation bias.

Those are great - Slayers have always had some really dynamic artwork, and then failed to live up to it on the tabletop due to needing to rank up on 20mm squares...

All of the new AOS stuff is fantastic. I'm interested to see whether these are priced similarly to the Khorne / Sigmarine boxes (in which case I'll just admire them on the interwebz and never purchase any), or like the new Starter Army bundles.

Cautiously optimistic. Price will be awful no doubt.

yeah. I wouldn't expect cost of those Dragon models to be much, if indeed any less than Archaon.

I dunno, I have never seen slayers as whirling dervishes, to me I feel they just stride in and swing their axes resolutely, stepping aside effortlessly as a killing stroke just misses them. So the ranked up look, standing grim weapons at the ready, resolute in purpose always, you know like the Avatars of War plastic kit.

Ok it may be just me, but someone needs to tell the GW design team that the X-TREEM 90's look was 16-20 years ago, and doesn't really suit dwarves anyway...

All looks pretty awesome to me. As I've said on FB, the dragons make me want to do an exodite army even more.

First AOS miniatures that I would like to paint- well a couple at least. I might look at getting a few in future but really depends on price.

Yeah I don't get all this hate either, they actually look pretty cool and unique to me. Why is everyone so consistently surprised when they change things for AoS?
Just because they are different doesn't make them bad.

Also seconded the above comments, they are not dragons, they are lava monsters/fire beasts etc, seem perfectly fitting for dwarf types.

The world may have ended, all civilization collapsed and the Dwarf race effectively wiped out but for a few small, scattered survivors in a land of magic bubbles gone insane with sorcery and monsters but that is still no reason to ride monsters and prance around like namby, pamby elves.

Rank up, grab your axe and armour and fight like your ancestors for Grungi's sake.

Honestly, you could redo virtually any other army wildly except Dwarves and I wouldn't care but there are some limits.

The models look great, but probably going to be over costed in-game.

There are no pt limits in Aos...

Dunno I really dont like them but I was never a fan of Slayers i general so thay may be why.
