So true!
Or when the circle is yonks away from you and you have to do a mad dash to get there in time, cover/sneakyness be damned. One of the reasons why I like being near water, boats are everywhere and people rarely seem to shoot at me when I'm boating around.

Might look into if I can drag myself away from MWO. What are you playing it on?

Got playerunknown battlegrounds on the weekend. Man it is fun. Good break off Overwatch.
Does anyone else get the issue with buildings not rendering correctly at the start of the game?

Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock has come out. It's a canon, turn based tactics game set during the first Cylon war and it's great. It's similar to a turn based version of Battlefleet Gothic: Armada. Like BFG, the campaign map feels rather raw but when you get to the battles themselves they are thematic as hell. The ships they've created for the game look right at home with the battlestars, the music sounds so much like the modern series that you'd almost think it was made by the same composer. The gameplay alone is solid enough to be worth the $40 price tag and the theme makes it a must buy if you like BSG.

My Facebook has been flooded with ads for it, so I just presumed it was a cheap Facebook game. However, I'll definitely have to check it out. Sounds great!

Been playing the new Uncharted. Claudia Black continues to be the best.

I've been playing a lot of The Division again - the last update really gave it another spark of life.

Is anybody playing Death of the Outsider. I'm currently on the second mission and it's quite good even if the powers side of things has been down scaled massively. It also seems like there's no way to do all of the Contracts and have a non-lethal run.

Iam waiting for the Free to Play release of Fortnite which is in a few months time
Think I will be a builder because constructing traps and minecraft style building appeals to me to most. Plus I already played Orcs must die (same genre) to death.

Yes.

It's spelt 'Fortnite' though

thoroughly addicted, day 44ish now, power level 43ish, into canny valley finally. Have a few friends from the game who are up in Twine Peaks and have tagged along in some of their missions (yeah, you take a constructor and you play support).

So far, level 70+ radar dish missions are the best for quick loot runs, they take 20 minutes like a lot of missions but get all 5 up and get exploration and a gold combat badge and you take away a level 5 loot chest, and at 70+ it's solid.

Struggling to find a good legendary assault rifle (burst or fully automatic hugely preferred) with an elemental damage buff and othe rdamage/crit hit chance buffs for my Banshee soldier (no luck getting a headhunter yet) and not had a solid 4 hours to do the stonewood survive the storm 14 day mission for the hydra which is quite decent at 3 or 4 stars evolution.

otherwise, really enjoying it.

Floor launchers and Wall launchers are your best friends, they save so much ammo. (build a floor launcher with a wall next to it and put an angled ceiling above it the husks will launch yup and follow the slope of the roof out and away from the wall - amazingly useful vs pit traps).

How are your experiences with the game?

Edit: WMD, I figured I'd love a constructor when I first started, but they are so slow it hurts. You do need groups to play effectively though and a constructor has a place, but once you hit the upper end of canny valley and into twine peaks, it's basically raw DPS and everyone runs a headhunter or banshee soldier as a result. Though power BASE constructors are certainly useful, you can run a support bonus that reduces your building costs for other classes and that's viable at that level too.

It's quite fun, with an intuitive build mechanic to build in the heat of battle and on the fly, but you'll also, if maining constructors, probably grab an outlander for farming missions inbetween as they are fast and good farmers, which the constructor at their lumbering 'Why is this happening to me!' and 'not built for speed!' running is not. It's addictive but some parts of the quest line can drag on.

But seriously, I'm amazed by just how little GP has written. On a scale of 1 to Gorechild's Protege, this is nothing. It's like a Heavy Incinerator with which you've just rolled a 1 to wound.

All of these things just smash you unforgivingly and theres nothing you can do to stop them. Its completely stupid to take this army the way it is, you will degfinately lose every game no matter how good you are.

Anybody playing Divinity: Original Sin 2? It's a lot of fun, although some parts seem fiendishly hard.
