100 point game of X Wings was held last night. Played same lists as previously. Pics to follow. Report as follows: he moved, I moved, we both moved. Then it was all-out pew pew pew panedmonium as fighters veered this way and that. Voices screamed over the ether waves as a lot man-emotions were released...oh, the horroar of it all.

Opponent ran Imperials: 2 TIEs, 1 Advanced TIE and 1 Interceptor. Swarm tactics and a few attachments (Cluster Missile and the like).

I ran my usual Rebellious Idiots: 1 A-wing, 1 Bi-wing and 2 X-wings. Loaded up on the A-wing with Push The Limit and Expert Handling.

Losses similar to previous encounters. Rebels lost one X-wing; Imperials lost all their ships.

Finished late and got early start hence this report, bought to you by PANAX, good for what ails you. biggrin.gif

Hail PANAX (Port Appreciation Night And X-Wing)!

Initial moves. Rebels were enjoying a private joke that somehow manifested into erroneous flight paths by one of the X Wing fighters (possibly by the original joker), as seen in bottom left hand corner. The other Rebels are already engaging the devious Imperials.

Mid-game. Surprisingly, there are no casualties as yet. But that soon changes when the tune calls for a hoe-down in the middle of space. Then something happens.

About three quarter way mark. One X wing destroyed to one TIE fighter and TIE interceptor. Markey Mark is still tagging the lone Academy pilot while Backstabber is endeavouring to wreak havoc with the remaining X Wing. The A wing is proving far too elusive, an annoyance for the Imperials.

After these last photos taken, the wine continued to flow freely. biggrin.gif
