Sorry everyone, I completely forgot to list some of the changes which I decided upon, which are different from what I had previously indicated in the other threads:

1) mysterious forests and water features are in, but are table wide (roll once the first time a unit enters any forest/water, and that result applies for all forests/water on the table).
2) mysterious objectives are in for those missions which use them in the rulebook
3) All fortifications are allowed, but are deployed subject to the pre-placed terrain. If you can't fit your fortification in the pre-placed terrain, you can't deploy your fortification and it's lost (I'm not going to be trying to deny fortress/skyshield deployment, but however the tables are set up are how it goes).

Comments are welcome - I'll post up again if I change anything between now and the tournament (expect an update if/when the CSM codex comes out to clarify whether it's in or out - that depends on exactly when it's released).

Cheers,

Luke

Just a question about the exclusion of flyers (page 7 of pack): How does that work given Valks, Ravens etc. are now flyers?

Gah!

I forgot to update that! (Must have missed it when I updated the pack from last year's).

Forgeworld flyers are allowed subject to approval, having an appropriate model and the right forgeworld book with the rules.

Flyers from codexes or white dwarf articles or FAQs are allowed.

Sorry about that everyone sad.gif - I'll update the pdf tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay everyone, I've been hectic with work over the past week.

I've finally fixed the Forgeworld flyer reference and uploaded the v1.1 player's pack. Same link, updated file:

8 weeks to go!

Hi everyone,

Minor update - I've removed sponsorship info which I forgot to remove from last year's pack (sorry to everyone, especially the sponsor involved), as I haven't finalised sponsorship for this year's ANUCON.

http://lnh.id.au/files/ANUCON2012PlayersPack.pdf

16 registrations so far and it's still 6 weeks away - if this rate keeps up we'll have the biggest ANUCON so far!

Also, if you're not interested in playing but are able to help out with the BBQ lunch (from 12:30-3:00), please let me know - I need 2 people each day to cook, and you get free food out of it biggrin.gif

So we now know the new CSM book is released on the 6th of October, any decision on if it will be used or not now?

Hey everyone,

Assuming the new CSM dex does indeed drop on the 6th, that means I won't be allowing it for ANUCON (as the deadline for army lists is the 5th).

Sorry to all the CSM players out there! I play CSM too, so I know what it's like sad.gif

If this changes, I'll make sure to let everyone know.

Cheers,

Luke
