Finish it first, but if you have time post it in the Lords of Terra file as Alex will give it a quick Comp score

Edit: Ok my thoughts.

For the list, i would consider dropping Truesilver armour off the land raider (fairly useless), and properly replace thr Eversor with a Vindicar Assassin (Anti Tank Rounds). Maybe also consider Psybolt ammo on the Paladin Squad.

As for strategy, for the majority of the games i would consider just going with the Scoring unit one in objectives or counter attack against large opponents.
