Hey everyone,

We will be running a Warmachine/Hordes league using the Thornwood League rules pack starting on July 29.

What is the Thornwood League you may ask?

Thornwood is the 3rd installment of the War-Torn Alliances campaign. Don't worry, we haven't missed anything by starting with Thornwood. The campaign allows the use of not only different scenarios but (and some would say, more importantly) also the use of new rules for existing models. It also provides a structured way to play team games! biggrin.gif

For a more in-depth explanation, here are links to the Rules, Cards (new rules for existing models) and even the Story/Fluff.

The league will be run by Edd Brgoc and consist of 4 days running over the course of several weeks. As said, the league will begin at the end of July and run on the following club days: 29 July, 12 August, 26 August, 9 September.

Cost of entry will be $20 per person. This covers all 4 days.

Patches will be awarded as per the rules. For any questions you may have, feel free to check out the links. If you haven't found an answer there, post a reply below. smile.gif

There will be a post in the Warmachine/Hordes Events section of the forum where you can officially register for the event. Here is the link to the sign-up thread. Please post in the linked thread if you're interested in signing up.

In the meantime, feel free to express interest or talk about the league in this thread. smile.gif
