updating ....

Have we made an error. Please let us know.

Background Fluff
The Tendril of Hive Fleet Kraken reaches across to yet another Imperium controlled world. Unfortunately to the populace the Segmentum Command have order for them to face the onrushing fury so that they will not see another Fall of Shadowbrink and thus have called out to the Imperium for aid. Hidden Eldar Allies stay on watchful alert should the force of Chaos and their ever Ancient Enemies the Necron whoa re entombed behind the rubble. The World lies along the Tau borders - for the Greater Good - no person may escape the Forge World to ensure that the Tau can buy enough time to ready their offenses. The Orks have arrived just in time for a good fight.

Material Allowed
• Everything! ... include Horus Heresy, Imperial Armour, Aeronautica.
• Please ensure that you bring your rules with you. Especially the courtesy for your opponents.
• Please note that some sources have been updated e.g. Shield of Baal Fighter Aces instead of Death from the Skies/Crusade of Fire.

SCHEDULE
We'll more than likely wing it and keep it casual

Saturday

09:00 - Rock up, Setup, Pictures, ... maybe enough time for a turn?
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch
13:00 - 16:00 Turn 1
16:00 - 19:00 Turn 2
19:00 - 20:00 Dinner
20:00 - 23:00 Turn 3 ... we have every intention to continue to play and drink into the wee hours of the night.

Sunday
10:00 - 13:00 2nd Last Turn
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 17:00 Last Turn
17:00 Ceremony.

Painting
No Painting required. We would very much like people's models to be painted ... a battlefield looks better with painted figurines.

However if models are not Tabletop standard (unpainted, a fair bit of undercoat showing, and/or not finished), enemy units targeting them will receive the Preferred enemy special rule. If they already however it, they instead re-roll 1's AND 2's.

Power & Psychic Phase

• Psykers may Choose their powers before the battle
• Casting of Psychic Powers is automatic however before resolving the power, roll 2D6 if the result is a double 1 and/or double 6 the Psyker has suffered a Perils on the Warp (note for Santitic and Malefic powers, these are on all Doubles instead unless the Psyker are GK/Inquisition or Daemons respectively). We believe that Psychic powers have little effect in game at Apocalypse level
• Opponent may "Deny the Witch". Roll one die and if the result is a 6, the power has been denied. Add the appropriate cumulative modifiers as followed
* +1 Opponent has a Psyker on the battlefield
* +1 Opponent has a Higher Level Psyker on the battlefield
* +1 Opponent unit being targeted has Adamantinum Will special rule
* Aegis: May reroll results of 1's

Powers that are Banned Prohibited: Invisibility. invisibility is a broken power and if used correctly can change the game e.g. casting on a Super Heavy Vehicle

Powers that are Modified: Daemonic Summoning - units summoned will be completely random. There shall be no "Count As" awesome. This is to reflect the fluff and theme

.

Any rulings for things that effect the "whole table" eg: Imotekh, Warp Storm table etc?

Also are you allowing codex abilities to work on superheavies?
or in other words, how many tech priests do you want me to crowd around my warlords? wink.gif
