... yeah, mixin' my franchises, I know.

Looks like all the obstacles for the reprint of Make My Model Southern Sky Star Mats are almost dealt with

I'm also going to get the printer to purposefully muck up a batch..

No seriously, the response to a less expensive and slightly less than perfect version has lead to me after lots of test prints and discussions, deciding we'll do a Lo-Res & a Hi Res run.

Lo Res will be $25, Hi Res will be $45

I should point out that these images are sourced from Macarthur Astronmical Society, They are real sky. This means that ther is no intensely black sections as the higher the res of the source image, the more faint stars there are now visible

These are also some normal folk with trick gear, but still land based. so don't expect the Hubble for under $50

What you will get is some durable, nice images that are not seen by Americans, Europeans ( except for one - a guy from Sweden bought mats) or Englishman. These rae some spectacular p[ieces of our universe that are all our own ( well technically, yes, anybodyin the southern hemisphere, but you know what I mean)

I'll be back and let folks know when they are going to be ready to ship.

You can have a look at things and pre-order from the web store if you like. In the mean time, there are still a couple of the $20 ones left

Well, the Small Magellanic Cloud is an entire Galaxy, that is also far, far away and its about 7,000
light years across, so small as galaxies go...

Oh, you mean the mats?

3ft x3ft
