Some additions may include,
AoBR - Assault on Black Reach (5e starter set)
DoW - Dawn of War (strategy computer 40k game)
WA - Winter Assault (strategy computer 40k game)
DC - Dark Crusade (strategy computer 40k game)
SS - Soulstorm (strategy computer 40k game)

More if I put my mind too it.

Thanks for posting this. For a somewhat no0b I am when it comes to the rules it makes a great difference. I had always wandered what MEQ stood for!

I dunno if people use this:

PA: Power Armour
CA: Carapace Armour
AoF: Acts of Faith

--------------------

Armies:
- Space Marines -
Crimson Fists

- Witch Hunters - Order
of our Martyred Lady

- Ogre Kingdoms -
Skulltakers

Projects:

1: Bump my Mech Witch Hunters up to roughly 2000 pts...

2: Get a better grasp on Fantasy and build up my Ogre Kingdoms Army...

3: Start an Eldar army

I couldn't find WAAC (Win at all costs) on that list.
Rcok - Armies with lots of high AV Tanks, eg multiple landraiders
Paper - Lots and lots of infantry, eg Ork infantry swarms.

And 2 others that I don't know,

YTTH
Critical Mass (In reference to a list design)

Critical mass is a YTTH name for damage output lists.

YTTH = yes the truth hurts, which is a website run by a very arrogant power gamer in the USA

helped me with MEQ, which is very confusing when u hear people say it. Question tho, why do people rate marine lists as MEQ and say its a bad thing? I dont like tanks. If I liked tanks I'd take imperial guard or eldar or tau. but because I dont like tanks people keep saying MEQ at me disapprovingly. Isnt it silly to call a marine list MEQ?

OP - Overpowered, Over priced, Original Post(er)

Lash is a Chaos Space Marine power with the ability to move models.

Metagaming is a broad term usually used to define any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset, uses external factors to affect the game, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game. - stolen from google define.

RAS? No idea.

Leaf Blower is an icredibily shooty army I believe.

RAS? No idea.

I believe RAS is a marine assault squad. Not sure what the R is meant to stand for.

RAS stands for regular assault squad. Was more an old abbreviation used for older Blood Angels vs VAS, veteran assault squad. For some reson though it has stuck.

What is FC?

QUOTE
Overall, @ 2k I think 3-4 FNP/FC bubbles are an ideal goal.

All i can think of is force commander, football club and neither are suitable for BA armies. They only get lowly captains.

FC = furious charge biggrin.gif

Mod or maxo should amend it the list with it.

Leafblower refers to an Imperial Guard list that a guy in the states who goes by the online name Darkwynn ran at an 'Ard Boyz tournament a few years back which had a very specific build.

Since then the name has been used to describe any IG list that uses lots of template weapons and/or Hydra's.

Also the original list made famous the practice of allying in an Inquisitor with mystics.
