gunfire, laser blast, arrow swish noises

Anything but Music ( long story - my mother's favourite movie that she dragged me to over & over)

In conjunction with AdPaint, we are now producing a small range of prefabricated, ready to play on Hills

There's a variety of finishes, from grass, desert, snow or rock

They are roughly 300mmx200mm, stepped in 38mm to two levels

yes 38mm - its high enough to completely bolck line of sight for most ranges of 28mm figures that are all now about 32, plus a base, plus jetpacks and the usual paraphernalia

You can have either a fixed two tier effect with no nice shrubbery

Or a two piece arrangement that can be stacked or split up to make two hills

They'll come in a stylish white re-usable box that you can store and transport them in.

The first examples will be at our stand at Cancon

Yours for only $20, shipped Australia wide postage free

They will be up on the web store soon!

Now live in the web store

I hope you have stock of around 500. Cause I swear I'm buying a whole bung and I know heaps of others who want them.

Before viewing the thread my first thought was why would you attend http://www.thehillsarealive.com.au/what.php ? tongue.gif

More hills are always good. They seem to come and go as product ranges.

Very nice.

could you tell us what they are made from? are they hollow/solid? do they bend/warp etc.

$20 delivered is a great price point but knowing a little more would be great

^This^

Although a clubmate will definitely get one or more, so I'll post a review once he returns with one from Cancon.

If the product is good then it's a huge hole in the terrain market at the moment, so I'd anticipate high demand.

The hills are made from our range of high density XPS. There's two versions, basically:- a two piece set with the upper level a separate piece from the lower level. Both these are solid XPS,

The other is a fixed hill, that has a hollow underneath the lower level.

Since these are basically made by hand, there will be some variations in shape, as well as the possibility to taylor them to your individual requirements.

I've raved about XPS on here several times, but several of you have played with it at our stands at Cancon & MOAB. Sceptics are always challenged to try and snap a piece of 50mmx600mmx600mm. Even the buffest gym junkies have not succeeded, so i'm pretty confident that they will be robust.

XPS was invented as a replacment for cork in life vests in WW2 by Dow Chemicals, so water is not absorbed, nor is strength or fragility an issue.Warping is zilch.

Orders will be fllled on a "first come" basis.

More photos will be up soon, after we recover from CanCon
