Has anyone used Sabre Squadron or Fist Full of TOW modern rules

If anyone has used these rules could you let me know what you thought of them.

The FFT army lists remind me of a maths assignment, might know more after tomorrow when a mate try's a game

Thanks for your thoughts.

I admit the FFT lists and game data sheets was a negative for me. Sabre Squadron not have an over watch rules was also a negative, however, there is probably no reason why this type of rule could be added.
