Hi everyone
Its that time of year again when we call for event submissions for miniature events. So if you have a game system that you would like to run an event for please send me a PM or a submission via the website http://conquest.asn.au/. Conquest is held on the Easter week which will be April 18th-21st next year. Also looking to run a painting competition if anyone is interested.

Events we would like to see
Warhammer Fantasy
Warhammer 40K
Dystopian Wars
Firestorm Armada
Wings of War
Flames of War
Bolt Action

Any other system you would like to see run.

Currently have

It also looks like we will have

We're especially interested in clubs and stores to run these events.
You can run a one or two day event at a basic cost of $30 per person per day of which $10 per person per day can be used for purchase of prize support. You are also free to chase further sponsorship for your event, run raffles, whatever to make your event a success. Also if stores run an event and choose to also have a stall in the traders hall and have enough participants(about 20+) they are entitled to a reduction in their traders fee(currently set at $5/sqm per day) if the event is even bigger they can pay no fee at all. Clubs may take the opportunity for fundraising and maybe run a second hand stall in the traders hall under the same deal as the traders. Games will now be run in the main hall and not downstairs next to the canteen.

Regards Ruleslawyer

P.S. Feel free to ask any questions

P.S. We would also love to see board games
