I thoroughly enjoyed this year's event, great atmosphere and chilled games. I am planning to be there for the next one biggrin.gif

Last mission - Scalps - if you manage to make a unit flee off the table then you deserve to have them lose their scalps too (but not gain one obviously either for yourself). I think that favours fast units a bit too much...

Heath if they have run off the table then they dont have their counters on the table at the end of the game to tally up.

Is there any cheap accommodation nearby? Thinking of coming down but it's a few hours drive from Port so the kids and i would need somewhere to stay, at least on the Friday evening.

theres a ibis I think they're called now - previously known as Formula 1 near maccas, thats about 10-15 min away and its cheap.

There is a small motel in wyoming - cant remember the name of that either, and thats a 5 minute drive away (also conveniently directly across from maccas).

Yup, Formule 1 got rebadged as Ibis budget.

I have still not stayed at one - the memories of how bad formule 1 was the one time I stayed there have stuck around and dissuaded me.

Formule 1 is where I stay whenever I need to stay somewhere. It's cheap and it has a bed. Is all I need.

There is a motel in Wyoming which is around the corner from from Niagara park. But ok sure Gosford has plenty of accommodation. And it's only like 5km away

If I was being cheap, I generally had a mate's couch to crash on.
Being married, the wife has higher standards than I. biggrin.gif

I'd still take the couch over a formule-1.

Can't blame you there. Chances are I'll have the kids with me if I can come, so our own room is a better option. Well have a look around.

I will have a provisional list in tonight smile.gif

I can't quite remember from last year, but what table size is going to be used?

Thanks,
RoV

Question:
If my Warlord rolls up the Command Trait that makes him scoring in one of the missions during Gosford Shield does he count as 2 Scalps in Mission 4.

Answer:
Yes he does count as 2 Scalps as he was a scoring unit for a mission at Gosford Shield.
There will be a part on your scoring slip for people to put down which Trait there Warlord gets and if I can I will remind people that their Warlord counts for 2 Scalps.

Everyone who was in early should have their comp scores emailed back to them by now.

If you haven't please let me know.

Cheers
