Yeah because for the years i have been playing with my well written, well thought out (oh and very original ideas) inquisition fun stuff armies, the continual 'meh who cares' attitude before being roflstomped repeatedly is the sensation i want back...

Mitch... does it really matter what other people are taking?

Or has playing in a tournament turned into:
"She's wearing the same dress to the dinner party that I wanted to wear, now I have to change my entire outfit so that I don't look anything like her"

Who says you have to be in power amour to win a game. You're just not trying hard enough. It's an attitude problem. "I can't win without my net list" is a sorry excuse. MeQ is like playing the game on easy mode, lots of health to make up for amateur mistakes real men play with the safeties off. Or play guard. Anyone can win with guard.

Come on I went to highlords and the biggest thrashings were given to me by sisters' lists (admittedly in power amour) on the weekend my biggest challenges were Tau & Eldar lists. There's plenty to choose from.

But even you have to admit that everyone taking the same stuff is mind numbingly boring.

I'll just be a little disappointed if I play six games of TH/SS termies in landraider like I did at MiF last year. Everyone had pretty much the same lists and it killed the tournament for me.

Firstly you have no idea who i am, and what lists i have taken. (Try inquisition with barely a power armoured unit in sight)

I am in no way using a net list either. (I cant stand that ####). I know i am contributing to the *OMG MEQ crisis!* But i am having fun with them, and doing ok at a tourney or 3 lately. So back off.

Now i don't really know if you are being serious or just you know, trying to be all clever and funny. Soo i will leave it there...

Hey Hey Hey, Welsh Rarebit I took out best general at Rev this weekend. The Hamster's in town baby. I got a trophy and prize money and an ego out to here <gestures widely with hands>.

It's ok souljacker, Easy I'm not out to get you, relax. I don't know half the people here and I assume my antics were common folk lore by now. I was just having a whinge that everyone plays marines, and well, I'm bored of playing against marines. You don't want to play my silly game of empty threats and challenges that's fine, just ignore. And seeing as though the majority of codex's is made up of 3+ armour save models and marines are GW's main sell, its understandable that majority of armies taken to a tourney would be these lists.

What are you basing this on? Is this from your wealth of experience? Does that mean people like Ben L, Consto, MJB, Julian Miller, Sambo, Aaron,, Golden, Tressider, Myself and many, many others are taking the easy way out? We dont really know how to play the game? We make amature mistakes and need the army list to bail us out of a tight spot? I think you need to think about what you say a bit more on this forum before actually posting it
