As a bro, David has offered to be a TO and if required be a 'gumby'. Although this gumby will likely school anyone who will play him

Hey my name's Bruno, and I'd like to register my interest too armata_PDT_01.gif

I've just got a question, for a new gamer like me (I actually registered on WargamerAU pretty much to reply to this thread) would the tournament be like noob-friendly? I've been painting and collecting 40k for over 4 years now but I've never been to a tournament, so I just wanted to make sure smile.gif

In general the community is very friendly, so, yes it would be friendly (noob or not). If you have been playing for 4 years, I would assume you know the rules smile.gif

Everyone has to start somewhere.

What I can promise is this will be a well managed/run event, and a whole of hobby event - no matter what part of the hobby you enjoy, we have catered for you.

I'm seriously considering running The Herohammer Wolves for Lulz in a Non-Comp environment, though also tempted to do something I wouldn't usually run and take a larger army as I haven't done so for a while now, in any case, if grudges are allowed, Wanna do my Wolves Vs Your Orks first round Satmaka? I assume you'll bring The Waaagh Brigade seeing as you can run green tide and no one will call you unskilled or over-powered cheese for dropping the 280 odd model army down, lol, that'd be amusing to see in non-comp in any case for the attrition rate, heh. But yeah...I owe you a game man. After first week of march, stuff gets free for a while so we deffo need to organise. smile.gif

But seriously, I'm amazed by just how little GP has written. On a scale of 1 to Gorechild's Protege, this is nothing. It's like a Heavy Incinerator with which you've just rolled a 1 to wound.

All of these things just smash you unforgivingly and theres nothing you can do to stop them. Its completely stupid to take this army the way it is, you will degfinately lose every game no matter how good you are.
