Hi Western Suburb Wargames Association

I'm a Volunteer from the Battle Bunker (in Northcote) and as you know we will be hosting the Easter Championships 2011 @ Conquest.

Sponsorship
Would like to add you guys as a sponsor. Both Battle Bunker and WSWA continue to enjoy a great working relationship working in partnership and we would like to continue this.

Terrain Pledge
Although we have spoke We would like to ask for Terrain Pledge from you guys. The number of tables we can provide Terrain.

Prize Support
Whatever you can provide. For example: we are providing Golden Tickets "Free Entry" in to our Tournament at Arcanaconc as prize support ... doesn't cost us anything and it's FREE advertising for us ... and hopefully bring in more players

Player Attendance
Would like to get rough numbers how many players will attend.

Anything else
-I check the wargamer website occassionally.
-Can also be founded on www.battlebunker.com

Hi,

As a club WSWA doesnt lend out tables or terrain due to previous issues in the past.
However we have a number of players that may attend your event and choose to bring along their own tables and terrain, im sure they would volunteer this information to you directly.

If you want to make the event a success you will need to be on WAU often and generate posts and answer questions, its a pro-tip.

Prize support wise we can offer free entry to some of our events, please PM me to work out details.
