OK, new codex release and already a few grey areas for people to argue over so i guess it's FaQ time again.
don't be stupid little ******* this time, people ask a question and either myself or Rob answer. i don't care about your opinion so don't bother posting it. this thread is for everyone, so lets not have the small minority waste it for everyone again, i will have this locked as well if you try to waste my time and other peoples time by having to read endless crap. there will also be a battle point penalty as well, the points deducted will be at my discretion. ask away....... -------------------- i promise to wear a kilt to a tourney if people stop calling me Welsh, Irish or English.

I'm not going to QM 2, but I thought I'd get this out of the way for everyone else...
How many henchmen squads can you have in a Coteaz list? What exactly counts as a daemon? Does a servo-skull affect an Orbital Strike Relay? There - now you won't have to answer all of them for QM3 -------------------- |

Will Ravenwing Attack squadrons count as scoring without Samiel? (Codex states always count as scoring units, not FAQ'd out like other list entries)

I'm not going to QM 2, but I thought I'd get this out of the way for everyone else... How many henchmen squads can you have in a Coteaz list? What exactly counts as a daemon? Does a servo-skull affect an Orbital Strike Relay? There - now you won't have to answer all of them for QM3 you can have a maximum of 6 henchman squads in an army that includes Coteaz. in other words they become troops in all aspects so will count towards the minimum of troops on the force organization slot. any unit from codex Chaos Daemons, the Eldar Avatar, any deamon prince, summoned lessor daemons and summoned greater daemons from codex Chaos Space Marines. servo skulls do not have any effect on orbital strike, ballistic skill will also not be subtracted regardless of LoS. -------------------- i promise to wear a kilt to a tourney if people stop calling me Welsh, Irish or English.

I have a few questions
1. Falshions +1 attack or +2 attacks? 2. Can the shunt teleport be used in the scout move 3. There is a lengthy discussion in the rules forum about whats involved satisfying the RAGE usr, how is it to be played at QM? 4. Last QM , the sanguine sword was ruled to last 1 whole game turn, is this still the case this time round. Thanks =) -John |

Thanks =) -John Answers 1 +1 attack for having 2 ccw's 2 NO the Squad doesn't have the SCOUT rule so NO! 3 Units with the RAGE rule must move towards the closest visible unit! RAW (doesn't anyone read the rules these day as it is written in English!) 4 Same as last QM! |

Sorry I meant, if you give them scouts, via the grand master. if the unit has been given scout by a grand master then yes, the shunt move can be used during scout move. this will count towards the once a game tally, so if it's done in the scout move then it can't be used again in that game. -------------------- i promise to wear a kilt to a tourney if people stop calling me Welsh, Irish or English.

A couple more...
Does the Summoning count as a teleport? (i.e. does it work with teleport homers?) If I Summon a vehicle with Warp Stabilisation, it counts as moving Flat Out...if the vehicle is a skimmer, does it get a cover save? -------------------- |
