What is The Combat Company
The Combat Company is Australia's largest online retailer of tabletop wargaming products.
We have over 10,000 products - our discounted prices are our regular prices.

You may have seen us at such events as MOAB, CANCON, Leviathan, Clash of the Titans, Event Horizon, Phenomenon (which is now the most excellent WINTERCON). We usually look like this:



We started trading back in 2004 with an old box of bits and a dodgy eBay store under the username spacewolfs2004. As our little homemade business grew, we adopted the moniker of The-War-Lord and operated a very dark little independent website. As our customer base grew and our product range expanded to more serious numbers, so we grew up and became The Combat Company.

This new incarnation came not only with new colour schemes and logos, but with a more refined outlook on our core values: Gaming should always be about the fun of playing a game and kicking arse. You should spend more time thinking about your army lists and strategies. You shouldn’t spend time thinking about how to save up enough money to make them a reality.

We hope that by providing a really good range of gaming products at discounted prices that more people are encouraged to pick up gaming and have a go.

We will always match the prices of our domestic competitors.
We will ship in-stock products with a 1 to 3 day turnaround.
If we don’t have something in stock, we’ll make sure to contact you and let you know when it’s coming in.
We do free freight on orders over $100.
We sponsor clubs and events – we do great deals on big orders and prizes.

When we’re not running The Combat Company, we’re gaming.
We take a real interest in gamers and supporting the gaming community. We do our best to show up to local and national events. We sponsor and attend gaming tournaments as retailers. Where we can, we compete (with mixed results!).
We sponsor clubs all around Australia and we’re actively involved in starting new clubs.

Combat Company have been a real boon to Sydney and ACT tournies. Russell supported Lords and set up his stall at the venue offering us great discounts for prize vouchers (so we got a discount on top of their already competitive discounts!).

I can't recommend them highly enough. I am quite certain a lot of Lords players took advantage of the great deals Combat Company offers, including an extra discount for orders made to pick up at my event (I believe he does this for most events).

Was good having the stall at our tourney all weekend, it even drew in business from visiting gamers plus the TO - I finally plunged and bought a Dystopian Starter set. I expect to expand my FSA with purchases from these guys.

Win win - great for lords, and hopefully was great for Russ's bottom line. Great to deal with, I look forward to dealing with Russ again real soon as I top up my gaming needs for various systems.

Had an issue with a missing arm in my latest order. One email and it was sorted it was a mispackage by the manufacturer as well, so it wasn't even CC fault, and Russel still fixed it.

Great company to deal with. I recommend again

Russ and TCC have been supporting my endevours for about the last 2 and a bit years. In that time they have supported over ten events that I have run and are earmarked to support everything in 2012 (Another 6 events).

I would recommend the CC as well. Ive only purchased one lot from them so far, but all my new GW purchases will be coming from the CC now.
