I'm a little concerned with an order I placed around 2 weeks ago. I received a very prompt email with bank details for direct transfer, and then nothing.

I've emailed a couple of times, and sent a text tonight, but still no response.

Can anyone shed any light on the situation with the company?

Apologies for the delay MaLkAv - now days that I work a real job with demanding hours sometimes Mini-Soft has to take a back seat. I've worked through a backlog of orders now and nearly swamped my local post office in doing so.

Waits should not be as long in the future.

Although...

I'm off the the UK from July 10th to August 6th so no orders will be sent after July 7th.
