Well I'm running a softer Ravenguard, just gotta wait on a mate to paint 1 set of lightning claws for my vanguard, finish my objectives and display tray. I can write fluff quickly, so all is looking good. If people wanna post lists thats fine, if you want mine I can post it...

Tell the world what you are bringing...

And I'ma only sucker punch or swing without warning And swing to knock somebody's ######ing head off Cause I know, when they get up, I won't get a chance to let off Another punch, I'm punk-rock, no one's punk

I'm working overtime on painting to finish my Sanguinary guard army. Stormraven and dreadnought still need a fair bit of work before they are finished.

2 Weeks to make and paint an army for Lords - seems like normal business for me.

A few scouts, a couple of marines and a random assortment of limbs. Got to tweak my fluff a smidge as well because I went slightly overboard with conversions lol!

Possibly the softest necron army I will ever run at a competitive event.

I just need to touch up my display base.

Host of the Urlalan Towers of Silence

During the cursed first Black Crusade, Abbaddon was led by a golden skinned daemon into the depths of the ancient crypts below the Towers of Silence on the death world of Urlalan. In the crypts Abbaddon was set 4 tests, one by each of the chaos Gods. He passed these tests and was rewarded with the daemon blade Drach’Nyen and the Gods favor.

The Daemon blade had been freed from its tomb, and the power it had over the crypts was released. The Deceiver had tricked the mighty Chaos Lord, now to be forever ever attached to the sword, into waking a long dormant host of ancient Necrons. The Deceiver now had an army that swore neither allegiance nor loyalty to anything or anyone but himself, a legion of mindless warriors who would follow his every whim and would destroy worlds without remorse or mercy.

By removing the sword from the crypts, Abbaddon had also unwittingly opened a warp gate, held closed by the demon, unleashing the fearless legion upon the galaxy. In the following years it took for the Necrons to rise, the tombs guardians destroyed Imperial and Alien expeditions alike. The Mechanicus however is slow to realise the danger it is putting its men in front of – continually feeding the Deceiver new souls with which to fuel his growing Host.

My DE is being used by a fellow club member Jeremy Collins. So yeah I've finally found a reason to paint up mandrakes (old models).

Luckily he's not using any vehicles, leaving me able to field a boat army for any TO on TO-subordinate action.

Hoorray!! Jeremy Vetock is our Savior. Let's hope that this just wasn't the usual "test" marine dex as in the past.
