Question: For painting score, are you only considering the whole army painting checklist towards the painting score or does the single mini category take up part of the 50%?

For Summer Horizon I will keep the painting score simple.
Overall - Painting One or more models does not meet minimum standard (e.g. WYSIWYG, 3 colour) 0 All models meet minimum standard. Few or no model exceed minimum standard 20 Above plus applied more skills (e.g. highlight, shading) for some models 30 Above plus high level of painting skills (clean lines, eyes, NMM, etc) for most models 40 All models painted with high level of painting skill and techniques (e.g. GD standard) 50 Unity No unity or coherency or theme 0 One or two elements (squad marking, badge, logos, etc) 10 Three or more elements (squad marking, badge, logos, etc) 15 Bases Incomplete 0 All models are based. All finished 10 Some enhanced with extra details (bodies, scenic, etc) 15 Conversion No conversion 0 Few simple conversion 10 Few models with medium conversions or number of simple conversion 15 Many models with medium or complex conversion 20 Total /100 -------------------- EVENT HORIZON 40k

Being badgered by Kirby and Vincey to come along, will have to double check the date but if available will come along for my first proper set of games in over 6 months (I'm so rusty you can hear me coming from miles away!
). @Alex, if I am particularly dedicated, I might even have my own army done in a solid week of polishing and painting...if not, I'll pinch one of Vinces and go in blind. Assuming i can make it.
