Hey Guys

As I have done for the last two 40k masters I am more then happy to sort out your accommodation.

Good Games puts some money to make it cheaper for you.

I should be able to get anyone who wants it Friday and Saturday Nights plus Breakfasts Saturday and Sunday Mornings for around $100.

I will also organise Transportation to and from the Airport and Venue for those who require it.

Well, I live a lot closer to the aiport now that I'm living with the other half, so I should be able to offer my services as a taxi. I'm in the process of replacing my dead car, so I'll be surprised if I don't have any wheels by the time this event happens.

Same goes for me, I work right next to the airport in fact, so anyone arriving around 5ish i can probably do one on the way home.

Will need more info closer to the date though

What happens is Once I know who and how many people need accommodation, I will book it and pay for it, then the players will pay me at a reduced rate. (expect a total cost of about $100 per player).

However until the player list is finalised I can't do a whole lot.

Don't need payment in Advance Matt and I'm sure we can have someone pick you up, its not a cheap Taxi from the Airport to the Motel
