Warhammer 40k League 1, Official Options

Though I'd clean up the other thread and re-post all important stuff here, Once the thread is messy and a few weeks through the league I'll start another one to make it easier.

Ok so the start date is Sunday the 26th of February, This is the last games day at Condong for Feb.
I know it's ages away but it gives people more time to get armies together and get stuff painted up, sort lists etc.
I'll post up the first 3 Missions and your opponents in the next week or two so you can start games if you wish.

-League will be free to enter with a finals series at the end of the year with prizes.
-You will have a week to complete your scheduled game
-You may change your list each week
-You may change army but must notify your opponent (without appropriate notification you forfeit points)
-Ladder will be W/L/D and a for and against system to break even scores.
-All lists must be 1250pts or UNDER not 1251 or 1255.
-Proxy models are ok if it is something minor and your opponents are cool with it, advanced proxy's like a rhino as a dreadnought will not be ok.
-If it is a 'home game' for you then you setup first and go first, no dice are rolled.
-Please co-ordinate with your opponent to get your game going, don't expect them to do everything.
-Your scenario and objectives will be worked out before the game so you can tailor your list according.
-No list checking so you must bring your codex and a printed copy of your list to each game or be penalized.
-All table sizes are 4x4 foot. (48" x 48")

Everything will be run through the forums so if you don't log on and check you wont know the ladder or your next games.

Scoring system.

WIN - 3pts
LOSE - 0pts
DRAW - 1pt (each)

There is also a for and against system to break up the ladder.
Remember the F/A only affects the ladder when people are on the same points, its just to split ties.
There is 10 points up for grabs (except in draws)

Each mission will state how to work out how you won/lost.

"Cheese Tax" is a modifier that is due to comp as a lot of people take friendly lists and a few take hard list.
It will only be applied to Massacres and Big Wins it is +/- 25% of the for and against points.

Example, Kane rapes me via massacre and his army is deemed cheesy instead of the 10pts he gets and I get 0. He loses 25% of his points (2.5) and i get them so it ends up being 7.5 - 2.5.
For cheese tax to be applied you must call cheese on your opponent and get the list submitted to myself. (or just a quick rundown "###### had 15 dreads" will do) it will then be examined
Cheese tax wont be applied if both armies in the battle are deemed cheesey.
Cheesy armies will be decided by Me and my round circle there will be no bias given to any of us.


Example ladder after 2 weeks.

Position Points F/A
1. Shooter 6pts 14pts
2. Kane 4pts 11.5pts
3. Battis 1pts 7pts
4. Morris 0pts 5.5pts

This shows shooter has had two Wins, Kane has had One massacre but his army was cheesy and then a draw. Battis has had one draw and one loss. Morris has had one loss and one massacre but the army was cheese.

For and against has bee scrapped too much effort on my behalf and I cbf, if there is ties for places at the end of league there will be play offs.

Not making next games day, I think I have a game vs Bev not too sure who it is, but if anyone sees this guy, let them know that I won't be there....I will have a make up game with him the followilng games day...thanks guys.
