Edit 2 - Jan, what time do you need/want people there by to help set up tables and stuff?

Thanks for the offer.

We should be loading vans and trailers from 1pm
Unloading at the hall from 3pm
Setting up 3pm - 5 pm
Last minute items - as long as it takes I guess.
Lmk what time you are arriving and what type of vehicle you have and I will suggest where to meet us.

Due to unforseen circumstances (I live in a hole with no reception) I cant get an SMS enabling me to transfer money to an account thats not one I know, My payment for BiV will be in ASAP (since im pretty sure its due 4 minues ago)
