![]() Apparently due for a European summer release. Wonder if it can work in a normal talisman game as an expansion ala the old Timescape? Doubt it, but that would be kinda cool. |

It will be standalone me thinks. There is another expansion for talisman coming out though: The Blood Moon. Adds a werewolf, 3 new characters & and day/night mechanic for the game.

What is the implications of 40k in talisman? how does talisman function?

Nope. I'm sure they're excellent fodder when he's teething Yeah, 2nd ed marines seem to be perfectly designed to be jammed into ones mouth when teething. Hence them being on a high shelf. -------------------- Mike: I had to dress up as an elderly Israeli woman once.

It's a stand alone game not a Talisman expansion like the old Timescape.. Damn. But us Talisnutts get a new expansion come may so that's something
I was hoping it would of been a standalone and able to add to Talisman. Maybe it's still early days.. -------------------- TALISMAN or BUST!

Never saw the appeal of Talisman.
Still don't. Then again, I don't see the appeal of monopoly. Even a rebadged talisman in the hands of a company who know how to make and market boardgames. -------------------- Not sent from my Lumia800 using the microwave as a proxy server.

I'm a 2nd ed talisman nut, and have all the expansions (ahh...timescape, so broken, but so awesome!)...just cannot get into 4th ed for some reason. But this, talisman in the futuristic 40k universe I am definately in, my son will love it!
-------------------- Leela: wow, aren't you Zapp Brannigan? you stopped the fleet of kill bots, right? how did you do it?
Zapp: it was simple really. Kill-bots have a preset "kill limit", once they reach this limit, they shut down. knowing their weakness, i just sent wave after wave of our own men into battle against them, once they killed them all, they were effectively shut down. |
